苹果乌龙茶（2人份）
苹果 1 粒
枸杞 1茶匙
原片乌龙 3克
海盐 1小搓
蜜糖 2茶匙
将苹果切成薄片。煮热一杯水，将苹果加入，再加一些海盐。接着加入枸杞和原片乌龙茶叶。茶叶绽放后，加入一杯水。 饮时加入蜜糖调味。

对付便秘：
第1道：苹果牛蒡汁
有机牛蒡1 条 （500-700ml牛蒡汁）
有机青苹果 1 粒
牛蒡能通便，尤其是有机牛蒡，效果更好。惯性便秘者可每天饮用纯牛蒡汁，若情况严重每天喝两次，每次500-700毫升。搅好的果汁最好在15分钟内喝完，避免果汁内的维生素被空气氧化而破坏。
第2道：沙拉蔬果
生菜
豌豆苗
黄瓜
胡萝卜
甜菜根
芒果
奇异果
沙拉酱：
番茄1 粒
莳萝草DILL 少许
柠檬 1 粒
海盐 少许
糖蜜粉 少许
第3道：酸奶
有机豆奶 1000ml 1公升
乳酸菌粉 1 茶匙
乳酸菌有助肠胃正常蠕动。将有机豆奶加热到40 ºC，加入一茶匙乳酸菌。置放8个小时，等酸奶凝结，放入冰箱。吃时可加水果或有机水果浆。

I checked out Art Friend @ Taka and there seems to be limited colour choices of decal paper. Pretty dissapointing. Probably better luck @ Bras Basah. Another place I thought you may be able to pick them up will be DIY shops.
hi you can try the art material supply stores like Art Friend or those at Bras Basah Complex (where they also make posters).
