8.搓揉手部穴位(手腕)(左右手各40次)
30分钟快煮
有机凉拌面:
黄瓜
胡萝卜
豌豆芽
苜蓿芽
综合坚果(杏仁/腰豆/南瓜籽/葵花籽/黑白芝麻)
芫荽
乌冬面
乌冬面酱汁:
有机酱清1汤匙
过滤水2汤匙
麻油少许
青柠汁半茶匙
热汤:
豆腐、番茄、生菜、紫菜、芫荽
水3碗、昆布海带粉(可在有机食品店购买)
海盐1/4茶匙
水果酵素饮料
龙珠果1个
冰糖3片
过滤水(盖过材料)
放置玻璃瓶3个月等待发酵(瓶子和水果必须抹干才可放入)
3个月后,取渣,将饮料放在冰箱
每晚喝50cc
泡澡(帮助睡眠)
玫瑰花 5钱
茯苓 5钱
合欢皮 6钱
酸枣仁 5钱
夜交藤 5钱
柏子仁 5钱
所有药材需冲洗,后将酸枣仁和柏子仁舂碎
将药材浸泡30分钟,用大火煮沸,转小火煮1小时
泡澡水温摄氏30-40度
泡脚
醋2汤匙
热水
每次泡15分钟

One question. For the fruit enzyme drink, the recipe states 'bing tang' but the one in the show is dark brown in colour. Is it a special type?

ordidnary rock sugar will do. however distilled water is recommended.
fruit enzyme drink take 3 month to make.. is there any place selling??
renqian, if you had started making the drink last week, you only have to wait 2 months and 3 weeks... don't be so lazy lah...try and do something for yourself. Also you'll make it a point to drink it because of the effort you'll put in.

hi,
just to ask something about the enzyme drink. it the container left at cooling place or any place is ok? because i read somewhere that heat may destroy the enzyme produced.
i did a check, kee hui, you're right, enzymes have low tolerance for heat. but i think keeping it at a relative cool place will not do damage. most importantly, remember to drink it after 3 months, or else all effort is wasted.
Mia, in case you're wondering where you can buy BROWN rock sugar - try your neighborhood medicinal hall. Hope this piece of info help and you can start making your drink. :)

for the enzyme, there's another method to do it. the ingredient is organic rock sugar or organic sugar and the fruit you like to do.no need distilled water. the method is one layer of fruit, one layer of sugar. but the last layer must be sugar. this method takes 2 weeks, then after that you can put in fridge. when you want to drink, 10ml enzyme + 30ml water will do.
for those of you who want a quick fix, you might want to explore lemontea204's recipe. But I'm sure the effects are not the same or else the nutrionist wouldn't have emphasised the long period of 3 months... whatever you try, they're all good we're sure.
